Publisher Club Policies, Terms and Conditions

Please review the following policies. Membership in The Publishers Club constitutes your agreement to these terms.

1. Enrollment

Membership in The Publishers Club is free. The following guidelines may be changed and you will receive notice When/if changes are made.

We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for our club for any reason including, but not limited to, violence promoted at your site, sexually explicit materials, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationally, disability, age, sexual orientation, promote illegal activities, or incorporates materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We welcome all ezine publishers who are able to meet these guidelines.!

2. Ordering and Processing

Your customer will order advertising from your unique link. You will be paid the full amount of your commission (minus Paypal account processing fees) as soon as we have approved your customer's ad copy and sent the advertisement to our publishers for scheduling. We have found that sometimes this takes several days to suggest ad copy changes and get the customer's approval.

4. Refunds/Chargebacks

We have a no refund policy, however, in rare cases when we get a chargeback you will be responsible for returning to us the commission you received plus any other charges that occur. We will do all we can to prevent this from happening.

5. Use Of The Publishers Club Website

All commissionable products must be sold using your affiliate link of The Publishers Club website. You may not use your own domain to sell any commissionable products of The Publishers Club. You may link to your Publishers Club affiliate page from your own domain. Advertise responsibly, do not spam, do not post in newsgroups or on sites that are deemed not family friendly. You may not add to or alter your unique webpage in any way. The Publisher Club is responsible for all website maintenance.

6. Relationship

You are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any special offers or representations on our behalf. You are a member of a private club and you are responsible for all taxes on any money you earn from your membership.

8.General policies

The pricing of the products is done by the Publisher Club exclusively and you must agree to sell the products at the price we determine. You may not give away or reduce the price of any of the products offered.

Each member has the same opportunity to earn from product sales based on their own individual efforts.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Publishers Club, its members, managers, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses"), in so far as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of, are related to, or are based on (i) any claim or threatened claim that our use of the Publishers Club Trademarks infringes on the rights of any third party; (ii) the breach of any representation or warranty made by you herein; or (iii) or any claim related to your site.

BY JOINING THE PUBLISHERS CLUB YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
